At Peerless Precision Engineering we have a fully enclosed temperature controlled inspection room separate from the main workshop. Within this area we have certified measuring equipment capable of insuring we can manufacture your components to micron level. This equipment is calibrated on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and is traceable fully back to UKAS standards. All of our instrumentation is controlled by our Quality Management System which is accredited to ISO 9001:2015 certification*. The certification itself is reviewed every year by an independent body to ensure compliance with current UKAS standards.

Here at Peerless Precision Engineering we believe that the process must fit the job. If you contract us to manufacture for you, we will develop a process for your needs. Whether it is a 19 page PPAP with supporting evidence that you can present to the Quality Manager at British Rail, or washer with a 2mm tolerance that just fills a gap. We can and have accommodated all requests. PFMEA, GRNR, ISIR, FIFO or Control Plans and too many acronyms to remember we have performed them all and have template documents and processes to apply to your business
All materials that enter the workshop at Peerless Precision Engineering are monitored under our Quality Management System. We label each material and track the process from the original mill to our workshop. As a material moves through the Team Peerless workshop, it is tracked by our programmers, setters and operators. This allows us to ensure 100% traceability from start to finish. We will then issue your component with a C of C. This C of C references the batch number and the material certificate which we will hold on digital record and can supply when requested.
